Detailed Outline
All NSW public sector employees are invited to participate in the sector-wide People Matter Employee Survey 2014 which opened across the NSW public sector on Monday, 5 May.
Surveying employees is good human resource practice. Surveys provide a mechanism for employees to provide feedback and form an evidence base for the development and implementation of workforce initiatives. The findings from this survey will be reported in the State of the NSW Public Sector Report 2014 and sector, department and agency results will also be made available on the Public Service Commission website in September 2014.
The People Matter Employee Survey 2014 allows you to share your perceptions of how well the public sector values and principles are applied within your organisation and to say what you think about important indicators such as your job satisfaction, well-being at work and commitment to the organisation.
Be assured your responses are completely confidential and anonymous and no individual response can be identified.
Further information along with a frequently asked questions document can be found on the Public Service Commission webpage.
If you have not received your link to the People Matter Employee Survey 2014 please contact your HR department or alternatively visit your intranet site or email [email protected].
