This Circular updates Circular No. 92-6.

The full title of the Governor for use in respect of Proclamations, Instruments, Commissions etc., is now:-

"His Excellency Rear Admiral Peter Ross Sinclair, Companion of the Order of Australia, Governor of the State of New South Wales in the Commonwealth of Australia".

Where, in the case of certain Proclamations, etc., the use of a shorter title would be appropriate, the title "Rear Admiral Peter Ross Sinclair, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales" may be used.

Please bring this matter to the attention of your Department and any sub -Department or Authority coming within, or associated with, your administration.
