The Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Tribunal has made its Determination in relation to the above mentioned groups. For Chief and Senior Executive Officers, the Tribunal determined that the amounts of all remuneration packages, general management and special market categories, be increased by 4 percent from 1 October, 1994. A copy of the Determination relating to this group is attached. All Determinations have been published in the Government Gazette of 23 September, 1994.

it is emphasised that the increase determined by the Tribunal should only be granted to officers on the basis of proven performance.
