I refer to Memorandum No 97 - 22 regarding the annual determination of the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Tribunal for the Chief and Senior Executive Service.

This Memorandum advised that administrative guidelines, explaining how the Determination was to be implemented, would be issued to Ministers and Chief Executive Officers prior to 1 October 1997.

Attached for your information is a copy of the guidelines.
