The list of displaced employees for October 1998 is attached. The list has also been forwarded by email to Chief Executive Officers on the CEO's email network.

Employees on the list have already satisfied the requirements for merit selection at the job level for which they are to be considered for redeployment. If your organisation is considering recruitment action it is an advantage to contact the Workforce Management Centre as an initial step for advice on the availability of any suitable employee. This could provide your organisation with access to quality staff and save the cost of advertising and the time required in the recruitment process.

Displaced employees who have been referred to the Workforce Management Centre should also be given assistance by their organisation with resum~ preparation and ensuring their availability for assessment, immediate trial placement or transfer.
