The FOI Regulation contains Schedules (1 to 5) which attempt to identify and assign FOI responsibilities to organisations that are considered to come within the scope of the FOI Act and may not be directly referred to within the FOI Act.

The last major revision occurred in 1995 and since that time there have been significant changes to agency names, structures and other related functions.

The Schedules to the Regulations list agencies and related responsible principal offices and Ministers. It would be appreciated if you would examine the Schedules so far as they relate to your administration and indicate any additions, deletions or alterations by no later than Monday 23 August 1999. Returns can be emailed to the above address and 'Nil' returns are required.
