The Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Tribunal has made its Determinations in relation to the abovementioned groups. The Tribunal's Reports and Determinations were published in the Government Gazette on 1 October 2001. The determinations are available from www.remtribunals.nsw.gov.au

The Tribunal determined that the remuneration for a Supreme Court Judge should be increased on and from 1 October 2000 by 3.7%.

An increase of 3.7% has also been granted to the Public Office Holders Group effective from 1 October 2001.
