The Crown Employees (Public Service Training Wage) Award 2002 was varied by the NSW Industrial Relations Commission (Ritchie C) on 26 August 2003 to provide for increases in rates of pay for public service trainees covered by the award. The rates were increased in accordance with State Wage Case Decision 2003 movements and are in line with movements to the National Training Wage Award 2000 arising from the Safety Net Review -Wages 2003.

A copy of the attachment is attached. The new rates will come into effect from the first full pay period on or after 11 September 2003.
