Detailed Outline
Expense related allowances under the above awards have been varied by the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales. The Skilled Trades Award has been varied for CPI increases in line with variations to the National Building And Construction Industry Award 200 for tool and meal allowances, cost of boots, compensation for clothes and tools, living away from home, camping and excess fares and travel. The General Construction Award has been varied in line with State Wage Case increases. The variations are as follows
CROWN EMPLOYEES (SKILLED TRADES) AWARD - Variations are effective from the first full pay period to commence on or after 11 September 2004.
This variation applies to the following classifications for tradespeople and apprentices.
