The NSW Industrial Relations Commission on 13 October 2009 increased rates of pay in the Crown Employees (Public Service Training Wage) Award 2005 by 2.8 per cent to give effect to the full benchs decision in State Wages Case 2009 [2009] NSWIRComm 120.
A copy of the variation, including the new rates for public service trainees is attached. The new rates are to be applied retrospectively from the first pay period to commence on or after 8 September 2009, being 12 months from when the last increase was applied.
