Detailed Outline
The NSW Government has procured a whole-of-government media monitoring service. These services are provided to all Ministers’ Offices and eligible NSW government agencies. Under Board Direction PBD-2012-02, NSW government agencies must use whole-of-government contracts for obtaining goods and services to which those contracts apply.
This arrangement applies to:
Social media monitoring
Print and online monitoring
Broadcast (television and radio) monitoring
Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) media monitoring
Media analytics and reporting
