The Crown Employees (Public Service Training Wage) Award 2005 was varied by Schmidt J of the NSW Industrial Relations Commission on 12 October 2006 to give effect to the State Wage Case 2006.

A copy of the variation, including the new rates for public service trainees, is attached for your information. The varied rates were backdated to commence in the first full pay period on or after 8 September 2006, being a year exactly since the last increase.
