I refer to the Crown Employees (Public Sector - Salaries August 1995) Award and its application to staff of Ministers' Private Offices.

The Public Employment Office wishes to advise that staff of Ministers' Private Offices on rates of pay up to Clerk Grade 12 maximum should receive the Award increases on their substantive salaries. Rates of pay which are not established by industrial instruments and/or allowances may also be reviewed, as appropriate, within the global financial allocation of the Office.

The Award does not apply to staff remunerated above Clerk Grade 12.
