ERRATA

The Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Tribunal (SOORT) determines by way of correction the Report and Determination under Section 24C of the SOOR Act 1975 for Chief and Senior Executive Officers dated 31 August 1995 in the following way:

1) Page 7, paragraph 31' of the report shah be amended by

removing after Solicitor for Public Prosecutions "$122,366" and inserting "$127,260".

2) Annexure A shall be altered by:

removing after Determination No 1, the maximum range of Band 4, "$261,525" and inserting instead "$259,010".

Note: As a result of correcting the Band 4 maximum range to $259,010, the median will now be "$224,708" not "$225,965" as previously detailed in guidelines distributed with the Determination.

3) Annexure B shall be altered by:

• removing "Commissioner, Police Department" from the list, and;
• removing after Solicitor for Public Prosecutions the amount "$126,035" and inserting instead "$131,080".
