UrbanGrowth NSW is the Government's new urban development delivery vehicle.

The Government has adopted new property principles and has made changes to the name and activities of the State Property Authority1 (SPA) as part of putting them into practice.

For over thirty years, New South Wales has been at the forefront in developing and delivering programs and services that are responsive to the demands of our multicultural society.

Where there is an arrangement of the kind outlined above which is already established by an agency, government agencies are authorised to procure under these arrangements, where the establishing agency agrees.

To assist in the planning of the Government’s Legislative Program, it is necessary for the Department of Premier and Cabinet to collate from Ministers the details of any legislative matters that they currently anticipate bringing to Parliament in 2013.

The Digital Information Security Policy establishes the digital information security requirements for the NSW public sector, including the requirement to have an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that takes into account a minimum set of controls, and requirements relating to certification, attestation and the establishment of the Digital Information Security Community of Practice.
