1. To advise me by 30 April 2013:
- What organisation-specific approaches have been taken, or are being taken, to better understand the extent of, and respond to, bullying1 in the department/agency?
In particular:
- What actions are already completed?
- What actions are commenced, but not yet completed?
- What actions are planned, but not yet commenced?
- What are the links between actions and organisational codes of conduct and performance management systems?
2. To provide an end-June 2013 update to the initial advice, no later than 31 July 2013.
