1 attach a copy of the Premier's Memorandum to all Ministers No 91-1 dated 4 January, 1991. Please note that in this Memorandum all agencies are required to submit to the Capital Works Unit of the Premier's Department a Capital Expenditure Strategic Plan by the 31st of July 1991 and a maintenance plan by 31 October 1991.

Most agencies have not yet submitted their Capital Expenditure Strategic Plan.Your attention is requested to the Capital Works Management initiatives and in particular to the Capital Expenditure Strategic Plan and Planned Maintenance requirements.
