In his Memorandum to Ministers dated 30 September 1993, (No 93-33), the Premier advised that Cabinet had decided to require the advertising of all CES and SES positions at the end of each contract. A copy of the Memorandum is attached.
As a consequence, it is necessary for manuals and pamphlets relating to the administration of the SES to be amended.
I have attached a schedule of the required amendments and j would appreciate these being brought to the attention of staff responsible for the administration of the SES within your organisation.
