The FOI brochures "Guidelines for using FOI in NSW" and Reviews and Appeals" have been revised to incorporate changes which have occurred since the original versions were issued following the introduction of Freedom of Information Legislation in New South Wales in 1989. Copies of the new brochures are attached.

It would be appreciated if the brochures could be referred to the FOI Co-ordinator in your administration with the request that they be displayed in a prominent position to ensure that members of the community have the desired access. Any old versions of the brochures still in stock, of course, be recycled.
