Following a recent conversation with the former Director General of the Premier's Department, the Premier wishes to confirm that arrangements be put in place concerning the business in which his wife has a half ownership.

No NSW government business is to be allocated to the firm Merrit Maddon Printing Pty Ltd which is located at 36 O'Dea Avenue, Waterloo.

I understand that in the past, orders have been placed with the firm competitively by Agencies under the former government, but for obvious reasons the Premier has determined that this should no longer happen.

Please ensure appropriate staff within your Agency's administration are made aware of this directive.
