Your continuing assistance with the redeployment of employees affected by organisation restructures and other administrative priorities is acknowledged.
The list of displaced employees for July'1998 is attached. The list has also been forwarded by email to Chief Executive Officers on the CEO's email network.
Employees on the list have already satisfied the requirements for merit selection at the job level for which they are to be considered for redeployment. Your organisation can save time and the expense of advertising by making use of this list when seeking to fill vacancies.
Organisations with displaced employees can also support this process by ensuring that the details of displaced employees provided to the.Workforce Management Centre are correct and up to date. Displaced employees who have been referred by the Workforce Management Centre should also be given assistance by their organisation with resume preparation and ensuring their availability for assessment, immediate trial placement or transfer.
