Your continuing assistance with the redeployment of employees affected by organisation restructures and other administrative priorities is acknowledged.

Employees on the list have already satisfied the requirements for merit selection at the job level for which they are to be considered for redeployment. If your organisation is considering recruitment action it is an advantage to contact the Workforce Management Centre (WMC) as an initial step for advice on the availability of any suitable employee. This could provide your organisation with access to quality staff and save the cost of advertising and the time required in the recruitment process.

Staff responsible for managing your organisation's displaced employees are invited to participate in the WMC's matching sessions which are conducted on Tuesday mornings from 9:00am. This will give them the opportunity to access Government vacancies prior to advertising and to work with the WMC in finding suitable positions for your displaced employees. Arrangements to attend these sessions can be made through your organisation's WMC contact officer.
