The Industrial Relations Commission has on its own initiative commenced a review of the Principles For Approval of Enterprise Agreements made on 19 December 1996 pursuant to section 33 (4) of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 in matter No. IRC 96/5032.
The matter has been listed on 27 June 2000 for directions. Prior to this the parties will meet to canvass views as to the operation of the current Principles.
Accordingly, you are invited to provide comments on the existing Principles For Approval of Enterprise Agreements for consideration in the development of the Crown submission to the review.
