I refer to Premier's Department Circular 98-97, which launched the publication of the SES Guidelines. The SES Guidelines are published in electronic form only and can be found in our publication section.

I am pleased to advise that the latest update of the SES Guidelines has occurred and is available at the above website address. The new version incorporates all relevant Premier's Memorandum and Premier's Department Circulars up to 2000-08, and 2000-24 respectively.
