Circular 2002-71 advised that the successful contractors for the period contract for the supply of salary packaging administrative services to Departments and Agencies were:
- McMillan Shakespeare Australia Pty Ltd (MSA)
- PILLAR Administration
PILLAR Administration have now withdrawn from the contract. This leaves MSA as the sole contractor. The contract is operative for a period of three (3) years up to 31 December 2005 with an option to extend for a further 12 month period.
Departments and Agencies also have the option of providing some or all of the salary packaging and administrative services in-house.
