Premier's Memoranda 2005-11 issued by the Premier on 3 November 2005, provided that the Public Employment Office within the Premier's Department would shortly be conducting agency briefings on the Federal Government's Work Choices legislation.

The PEO briefings will concentrate on the practical challenges presented by the Federal legislation, by examining its scope and potential impact on the public sector.

A date has now been set for the briefings to be held at the State Library of NSW.
