Agencies seeking to engage Commerce to provide services related to capital works planning and procurement are advised that there are no tendering policies or legal requirements preventing them directly approaching Commerce to undertake this work.
Agencies must, however, ensure as required by the NSW Government Procurement Policy that government procurement achieves best value for money in supporting the delivery of government services.
