The Crown Employees (Public Service Training Wage) Award 2005 was varied by the NSW Industrial Relations Commission on 31 October 2007 to give effect to the State Wage Case 2007. A copy of the variation, including the new rates for public service trainees, is attached for your information. The varied rates were backdated to commence in the first full pay period on or after 8 September 2007, being 12 months from the last increase.
