The Manual of Delegations 2014:
Delegates functions from the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 and Government Sector Employment Regulation 2014.
Contains functions delegated from the Industrial Relations Secretary.
From 1 July 2019 Industrial Relations became the responsibility of the Department of Premier and Cabinet. This Circular replaces TC14-19. The content remains unchanged.
