Managing Industrial Action guidelines has been developed to provide agencies with a process to deal with industrial action by unions and/or employees.

From 1 July 2019 Industrial Relations became the responsibility of the Department of Premier and Cabinet. This Circular replaces TC14-17. The content remains unchanged.
