About
In the Instruments of Authorisation and Delegation 2022 the Industrial Relations Secretary authorises and delegates functions that are assigned to the role in the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 and Government Sector Employment Regulation 2014.
The Circular sets out authorisations and delegations except where Heads of Public Service agencies have their own authority under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 and Government Sector Employment Regulation 2014.
The Instruments of Authorisation and Delegation 2022 rescind and replace the Instruments of Authorisation and Delegation 2021 (DPC Circular C2021-12).
Heads of Public Service agencies should now review their agency’s internal authorisations and delegations to ensure they are current.
