Description
Monthly lease and fleet payments made to StateFleet will be direct debited from agencies’ nominated bank account.
Detailed Outline
From 1 July 2013, all departments and agencies make their lease and fleet management payments (including leased vehicles and agency-owned vehicles) to StateFleet, Department of Finance and Services. Agencies must make their first direct debit in August 2013 for their July 2013 StateFleet charges.
Direct debit arrangements do not apply to payments for short-term vehicle hire (ExtraCar), which continue to be invoiced with 30 days payment terms.
