Detailed Outline
This general retention and disposal authority identifies those records created and maintained by NSW public health organisations to support the management and delivery of public health care services and programs which are required as State archives and provides approval, under the provisions of the State Records Act 1998, for the destruction of certain other records after minimum retention periods have been met.
This Authority applies: to records created and maintained to support the management and delivery of public health care services and programs.
GDA21 was amended on 30 May 2019 to remove classes covered by FA404, Provision and regulation of childcare services.
GDA21 was revised November 2020 addition of note to entry 8.1.3 relating to Covid-19 data
GDA21 was revised July 2021 with addition of note to entry 8.1.3 covering testing of staff for Covid.
