Requests to have matters listed for consideration by the Committee should be made to the Capital Works Unit of my Department as far as possible in advance of the scheduled meeting.
If an item is included on the agenda, completed submissions and all relevant supporting material should then be received by the Capital Works Unit at least ten working daysbefore the scheduled meeting.
Submissions which include economic appraisals or other detailed studies will need to be provided well before the meeting date to allow sufficient time for review, otherwise it may be necessary to defer the item to the following meeting.
These procedures will ensure that the agenda is manageable and the Committee is able to complete its meeting business.
