The attached guidelines have been developed to assist Chief Executives and Ministers in the development of performance agreements. While the new outline is not intended to be prescriptive, it should be used as the primary guide.

These guidelines replace the initial information on Chief Executive Performance Agreements distributed as Circular 93/4, which has been withdrawn.
