To assist in the forward planning of the Government's Legislative Program, it is necessary that details be provided of those legislative matters which it is intended be brought to Parliament in the Autumn Session.

It would be appreciated if the attached pro-forma schedule could be completed for each legislative proposal. It is important that a target date for each stage indicated on the schedule be nominated in order for the computerised program maintained by The Cabinet Office to function effectively. It is not sufficient to say that a date is dependent on the stage above. After submission of the individual schedules, any changes should be notified by the presentation of a new schedule.

A schedule should be completed for every piece of legislation intended for the Session. Schedules should be returned no later than Friday, 21 st April, 1995.
