In accordance with convention, all previously issued Ministerial Memoranda continue to apply following the change of Government. Where any existing practices are in conflict with the policies of this Government, new Memoranda will be issued detailing necessary changes.
All agencies within your administration are expected to continue to operate in line with existing memoranda until otherwise advised.
