It has recently come to my attention that delays are being experienced in Ministers' Offices responding to representations from Members of Parliament.
As you will appreciate it is important that Ministers' Offices deal with representations expeditiously.
In order to identify ways in which the handling of correspondence within Ministers' Offices may be improved, I have requested the Premier's Department to undertake a review of procedures.
Officers from my Department will shortly be contacting your office in this regard. Your assistance and co-operation in addressing this issue would be appreciated.
