Description
Monthly lease and fleet payments made to StateFleet will be direct debited from agencies’ nominated bank account.
Detailed Outline
In December 2012, Government directed that all departments and agencies make their lease and fleet payments to StateFleet, Office of Finance and Services, via direct debit.
Direct debit arrangements do not apply to payments for short-term vehicles hire (ExtraCar), which continue to be invoiced with 30 days payment terms.
