I refer to PEO Circular No. 95-10 on the proposed new arrangements for advertising public sector positions and wish to advise that consultations are continuing.

Given the interest this initiative has generated, it is important that further discussions be held on the issues raised prior to implementation. The proposed implementation date of 1 July 1995 is deferred. Further advice will be forwarded soon.
