Following the decision of the Industrial Relations Commission with respect to the Crown Employees (Public Sector - Salaries August 1995) Award, the Industrial Authority has reviewed the rates of pay for Part-time Library Staff to reflect the 3 percent increase from 14 July 1995 and 3 percent increase effective from 12 July 1996.

Please find attached the two new schedules of rates of pay for part-time Library Staff. Schedule One is the rates of pay for Library Staff who commenced their part-time employment after 1 August 1987 while Schedule Two is applicable to Library Staff who commenced their part-time employment prior to that date.
