The Parliamentary Labor Party and the Labor Council of NSW and Public Sector unions have agreed on formal consultative arrangements in the public sector.

It is, therefore, important that all protocols and agreed processes of communication with the unions are observed. This will help ensure that persons not directly involved in the consultative arrangements receive appropriate and timely communications on the matters under consideration.
