I refer to PEO Circular 1996-02, advising that all Chief Executive Officer positions are to be evaluated by the Public Employment Office. Position descriptions with supporting documentation, were to be submitted to the Public Employment Office, by the 29 February 1996.
The evaluation process could result in the level of a position changing. This may then require the position to be advertised. If this occurs, in accordance with current policy, action may also need to be taken to remove and unattach the occupant subject to the approval of the Minister.
