At the discretion of the Department Head, staff may be granted an additional half-day flex on Easter Thursday, 4 April 1996, as additional leave to the existing provisions of the Flexible Working Hours Agreement.

Staff may be granted the additional leave on another occasion within that settlement period ff it is clear that they are required to work on the afternoon of Easter Thursday.

The Personnel Handbook has now been amended to include these provisions and the provisions will continue to apply unless otherwise advised.
