You will be aware that displaced employees have already satisfied the requirements for merit selection at the job level for which they are to be considered for redeployment.
I have requested that the current processes be reviewed to ensure that the best possible service is available to those seeking redeployment and at the same time ensure that your vacancies are filled in a timely manner.
