The October List of Displaced Employees is attached for your consideration.
You will be aware that displaced employees have already satisfied the requirements for merit selection at the job level for which they are to be considered for redeployment.
I have requested that the current processes be reviewed to ensure that the best possible service is available to those seeking redeployment and at the same time ensure that your vacancies are filled in a timely manner.
Your organisation is invited to contribute to the review by advising on your experience with the current arrangements and on any ideas for improvement. These may be forwarded in writing to David Clark, Manager, Workforce Management Centre, Level 32, Governor Macquarie Tower, 1 Farrer Place.
