Detailed Outline
A government agency (within the meaning of the Act), unless it can demonstrate exceptional circumstances, when entering into an arrangement with a supplier for the procurement of goods and services is not permitted to mandate requirements for prospective suppliers to have experience in providing goods or services to the NSW Government or a government agency.
