PSCC-2016-07-Transfer and Secondment Guidelines
These Guidelines provide guidance on transfers and secondments under section 64 of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 (GSE Act) and secondment of staff between the NSW government sector and non NSW government sector bodies under section 66 of the GSE Act. The Guidelines apply to all NSW government sector agencies.
