PSCC2011-03 & C2011-33 Transfer of functions to the Public Service Commission
With commencement of the Public Sector Employment and Management Amendment (Ethics and Public Service Commissioner) Act 2011, the Public Service Commissioner now has responsibility for executive staffing arrangements. As a result, references to the Director General, Department of Premier and Cabinet and references to the Department of Premier and Cabinet in certain Department of Premier and Cabinet Circulars are now to be read, as a matter of Government policy, as the Public Service Commissioner and the Public Service Commission, respectively.
