TC10-16 Accounting for Dividends
Agencies must sign Statements of Corporate Intent (SCI) or Statements of Business Intent (SBI) before 30 June in the financial year to which they relate so that agencies can recognise year-end dividends in their financial statements. This Circular applies to all NSW public sector agencies, including Statutory State-Owned Corporations.
