The Manual of Delegations 2012:
Delegates functions from the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 and the Public Sector Employment and Management Regulation 2009
Section one contains functions delegated from the Public Service Commissioner
Section two contains functions delegated from the Secretary, The Treasury
Rescinds and replaces the 2004 Manual of Delegations to Department Heads
Department Heads should now review their agency’s internal delegations and authorisations to ensure they are current.
